By using a propriatery technology, we're able to tightly bound Permethrin into the shirt for an odourless insect protection that lasts the expected lifetime of the shirt.
Permethrin has been used since 1977 with an excellent safety record.
Permethrin is based off the Pyrethrum, aka Chamomile.
Our shirt retains 96% effectiveness after 70 washes. Basically, the normal lifetime of a shirt.
It repels mosquitoes, ticks, sandflies, ants, midges and fleas.
Our shirt is non-toxic and skin safe for children, adults and pets.
It's been been approved for use by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority, as well as the USDA for family use.
